Basic Use of Essential Oil Blends
Simply Inhale : apply our in-house essential oil blends to your skin, softly massage and warm up, inhale the scent. We have already diluted the blends for you with sweet almond oil as carrier, so you could apply the oils directly on your skin.
Use a Diffuser : add a few drops onto the wood diffuser and enjoy the natural scent diffuse throughout your space.
Mist Spray : use as air fresheners, room sprays, cleaning sprays, body sprays... remember that oil and water don’t mix, so shake well before each use.
精油的基本用法
- 精油已預先稀釋，可以直接用在皮膚上。
- 吸氣: 在手掌滴上2至3滴精油，揉搓雙手，然後從掌心裡慢慢吸氣。
- 擴香: 滴2至3滴精油於擴香木擴香。
- 按摩: 於所需的部位滴2至3滴精油，然後加以按摩。
- 噴霧: 噴在空氣中或所需表面上。因精油和水是不相容的，使用前均勻搖晃。
Precautions for Using Essential Oils
- Essential oils have the potential to aggravate the skin. Avoid using essential oils near sensitive areas such as the eyes, ears, and mouth.
- Do not apply them to broken, inflamed, or irritated skin.
- Do not take essential oils internally.
- You can look out for potential skin allergies by doing a patch test - place a small amount of the oil blends on your inner wrist or below your ear. Wait 24 hours to see if any irritation occurs.
- People who shouldn’t use essential oils without a doctor’s recommendation include: older adults, children younger than 12, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Also make sure to consider pets in the environment. Some essential oils can be dangerous for pets.
- Talk to a doctor before using essential oils if you take any medications or have any health concerns, including high blood pressure, low immunity, or epilepsy.
- Certain citrus oils can cause photosensitivity when skin is exposed to sunlight after use. Avoid using on any areas of skin that will be exposed to the sun within 12 hours.

- 在使用精油前預先進行皮膚接觸測試。測試時，請先使用1至2滴精油於皮膚的一少部份 (如前臂)。然後觀察1至2小時，看看是否有任何明顯的皮膚反應 (通常皮膚會於塗抹後5-10分鐘內顯出反應) 。如果塗抹的位置感到熱辣和灼熱感或有紅點出現，您可以於患處塗抹基礎油或BB油以作稀釋及舒緩。
- 懷孕或哺乳期間，一般不建議您使用。
